Гарантия на композитный настил

Please note that installation of Senrui WPC® Composite Deck products denotes acceptance and agreement of Senrui WPC® warranty terms & conditions.

1. Любые претензии должны быть предъявлены в письменной форме в течение 30 дней с момента обнаружения.

2. Senrui WPC® warrants to the original purchaser that Senrui WPC® Composite Decking conforms to Senrui WPC® standards and specifications and is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and will remain free from such defects for [15] years residential use from date of purchase and ten [10] years commercial use.

3. Senrui WPC® warrants to original purchaser of any & all Senrui WPC® Composite Decking products that structural damage caused by rot, splitting, termites, and fungal decay will not occur for [15] years, beginning on the date that the product was purchased and continuing until this period has elapsed, or until the property on which the Senrui WPC® Composite Decking product was originally installed has transferred ownership.

4. Гарантия распространяется только в том случае, если материал используется в обычных условиях пешеходного движения в жилых/легких коммерческих помещениях.

5. Настил должен быть установлен согласно письменным инструкциям по установке Senrui WPC® или видеоинструкциям по установке Senrui WPC®, обе из которых доступны на вкладке «Ресурсы» на сайте Senrui WPC.com.

6. Regular maintenance, as described inSenrui WPC® Decking Maintenance & Repair Guidelines  must be . Damage caused by unapproved cleaners or chemicals is not covered under this warranty.

7 . Senrui WPC®, as with other composite decks, is subject to seasonal expansion and contraction. This is a normal occurrence and not considered a defect.

8. Настоящая гарантия не распространяется на повреждения, вызванные мебелью, бытовой техникой, колесными предметами или предметами, находящимися на лицевой стороне материалов.

9. Настоящая гарантия не распространяется на повреждения, вызванные пожаром, наводнением, другими стихийными бедствиями, стихийными бедствиями, повреждениями, связанными с транспортировкой, строительством или установкой.

10. Небрежность, эрозия, неправильный дренаж, осадка или перемещение конструкции, на которую установлен настил, лишают настоящей гарантии.

11. Настоящая гарантия не распространяется на качество продукции, дефекты материала или ошибки, не превышающие 5 % материала.

12. Senrui WPC® will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the full purchase price of the defective material. Labor is not included or covered under this warranty.

13. In no event will Senrui WPC®’s liability exceed the cost of replacement of the defective product or the refund of the original purchase price.

14. Данная гарантия подлежит передаче один раз в течение пяти [5] лет с даты первоначальной покупки. Гарантийное оформление необходимо в течение тридцати [30] дней с момента приобретения материала.

Если вы не зарегистрируетесь в этот период, гарантия аннулируется.
